How long does the service take? +
Typically 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the vehicle's size and condition. We'll give you an accurate time estimate when you book.
Do I need to be home during the service? +
No — you just need to make the vehicle accessible. We'll let you know when we're on our way and when we're done. Many of our clients book while they're at work.
What's the difference between Mini Exterior and Wash & Wax? +
The Mini Exterior uses a spray wax for short-term protection (2–8 weeks). Wash & Wax is more thorough — it includes a hand wax plus a 3–6 month ceramic sealant that actually bonds to your paint for longer-lasting protection.
What happens if it rains on my service day? +
We'll reschedule at no charge. We track weather closely and will reach out ahead of time if conditions don't look good for your service.
Do you bring your own water and supplies? +
Yes, 100%. We're fully self-contained — our mobile unit carries everything we need including water, pressure equipment, and all products. You don't need to provide anything.
